Privacy Policy

This is a personal site with no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. It collects as little data as possible.

Who is responsible. Michel Weimerskirch, reachable at michel@weimerskirch.net.

What is collected. No cookies, and no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers of any kind. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage under the name theme — it never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you. The hosting server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) to operate and secure the site; they are not used to profile you and are not shared.

If you email me, I use your message and address only to reply to it — no mailing list, no sharing.

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub and other services take you off this site, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and request portability — email me to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD.
